Clients acknowledge that photography and videography involve artistic interpretation.
By hiring Polimedia Productions, you agree to our creative style and editing approach.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate project information
• Ensure access to venues where required
• Obtain necessary permissions for filming or photography
• Inform us of any venue restrictions

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or restricted access.

9. Copyright

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Polimedia Productions retains copyright ownership of all photographs and video content.
• Clients receive a licence to use the delivered content for the agreed purpose.

Clients may not sell, edit, sublicense, or commercially redistribute content without written permission unless agreed within the project contract.

10. Portfolio Use

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Polimedia Productions may use selected photographs or videos for:

• Portfolio
• Website
• Social media
• Marketing
• Awards or competitions

If confidentiality is required, this must be agreed before the project begins.

11. Client Content

Where clients provide logos, music, graphics, or other materials, they confirm they have the legal right to use those materials.
Clients agree to indemnify Polimedia Productions against claims arising from unauthorised use of third-party content.

12. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide high-quality services, Polimedia Productions shall not be liable for:

• Events outside our reasonable control
• Equipment failure despite reasonable precautions
• Weather conditions
• Venue restrictions
• Delays caused by third parties
• Indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service, except where prohibited by law.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, illness, government restrictions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

14. Privacy

Any personal information collected during bookings or through our website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
