Kilkea Castle 2025 Campaign

Poli Media delivered beyond what we expected — turning a 12-hour brief into cinematic content that now runs across our screens and social channels. The energy, the professionalism, and the results speak for themselves.
Overview
Kilkea Castle is one of Ireland's oldest inhabited castles — a medieval stronghold dating back to 1180, once home to the FitzGeralds, Earls of Kildare, nestled just one hour from Dublin.

Challenges

Overcoming Speed, Scale, and Story Complexity Across Two Shoot Days

01
Creative Demands
The project demanded a unique visual style and storytelling approach that aligned with the client’s brand and vision.
02
Tight Deadlines
The shoot required managing challenging environments, lighting conditions, permits, and logistical limitations.
03
Technical Constraints
The client needed a series of videos/photos with a cohesive look, tone, and messaging for various platforms.
How we made it
With the brief confirmed the night before, our team mobilised immediately — mapping out a two-day production schedule that sequenced all ten experiences back-to-back with zero downtime. We deployed our video and drone package simultaneously, with one camera crew capturing ground-level immersive footage while the drone framed the castle's dramatic landscape from above. Each experience received a dedicated shot list and a defined mood — ensuring the final edits felt distinct, not repetitive.
